In order to become a vendor for Coppel Corporation, we must perform one of the two kind of reports used to ensure legal compliance of the potential vendors, which are:

In order to elaborate this report, Coppel will entrust a third company to visit vendor´s company, on the address provided by the potential vendor, and will revise a checklist provided by Coppel.
This report must include photographic evidence of the visit, the factory, merchandise and workers, as well as images of the following documentation:
Business license
Invoice example
ID of the legal representative
ID of the witness
Proof of address (might be an electrical or water bill)
Export license
Bank information
In addition to the information above mentioned, vendor must provide any other information required by Coppel Corporation through its representative.
撰写报告前，Coppel将委托第三方公司按潜在供应商提供的地址到访其公司，对照Coppel提供的清单对公司进行调查：

In order to elaborate this report, it is not necessary to visit vendor´s company or factory, our representative will only contact vendor and ask for certain
information in digital format. Some of the information required will be:
Business license
Invoice example
ID of the legal representative
ID of the witness
Proof of address (might be an electrical or water bill)
Export license
Bank information
In addtion to the information above mentioned, vendor must provide any other information requiered by Coppel Corporation through its representative.
Coppel reserves the right to entrust the development of the above mentioned reports to the representative or company it sees fit to do so.
It is also understood that any information provided to Copper directly, or through its representative, will be treated as confidential information, under the terms of privacy policy published in the present website.
Once the reports have been elaborated, we will revise the information obtained and we will go forward with the relation, by issuing a purchase agreement to sign with vendor.

Coppel保留委托其认为合适的代表或公司撰写上述报告的权利。
同时双方理解，向Coppel直接提供，或者通过Coppel的代表向其提供的任何信息均视为保密信息，受本网站的隐私政策条款约束。
报告完成后，我们将对获取的信息进行审核，如确认将与潜在供应商建立关系时将与之签订采购合同。
